Hi is it possible to have the front seats repaired when the airbags have been deployed? is it too costly? i have chance of a full set of leather seats and wondered if they would be worth buying and having them repaired. If they can be repaied does anybody know who can do it? cheers.

Yes you can have the seats repaired but (and its quite a big BUT)
1) Genuine squabs for the seats would be about £200ish each.
2)Your probably going to have to replace the airbags if theyve been deployed (you might be able to use the ones from your existing seats if you have them)
3)if theyve been hit hard enough from the side to deploy the air bag the seat frame may be bent.
 
Certainly worth a look on eBay, full sets seem to sell for about the £600 mark if you can find what your looking for.

Just had a look on eBay under 'cooper work' and theres a full set of JCW silver and black leathers from a 2006 model.
I was going to change the world but i got distracted

I think the seats you are referring to are the Recaro option seats not JCW, also they are to fit a convertible.
 
I dont think its worth trying to have the leather seats repair as you can pick them up on ebay in good condition at a reasonable price. Sold my old seats for £150
